Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald: Can be found while fishing on Route 119. Appears in only six water blocks. Changes when the trendy phrase in Dewford Town changes.

FireRed/LeafGreen: Trade from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

Colosseum/XD: Trade from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

Diamond/Pearl: Can be found while fishing on Mt. Coronet. Only appears in four water blocks within the foggy underground lake leading to Route 216. Changes daily. Must be using the Super Rod.

Platinum: Can be found while fishing on Mt. Coronet. Only appears in four water blocks within the foggy underground lake leading to Route 216. Changes daily.

HeartGold/SoulSilver: Transfer from the Pokéwalker (found in Quiet Cave) or by trading from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.

Black/White: Can be found while fishing in Rippling Water on Route 1. Must be using the Super Rod.

Black 2/White 2: Can be found while fishing in Rippling Water on Route 1. Must be using the Super Rod.

X/Y: Trade from Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.

Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire: Can be found while fishing on Route 119. Can be found normally in any tile, but catch rate is low in most parts. It will appear 100% of the time if fishing under the bridge near the weather institute during the day.
