Milotic is a generation III Pokémon which makes its debut in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire for the Gameboy Advance. It is a Water-type Pokémon and is also the final form of Feebas. It is a serpent-like Pokémon with a long, cream-colored body, with the end of its tail consisting of blue and pink shapes, outlined in black, with the end separating into four fins that are blue with a pink oval on each one. Its head consists of two red-colored eyes with two pink antennae that curl up toward the single horn on its head, and two ear-like fins that extend downward with the females having longer fins than the males. It also has three black dots along each side of its neck, which share similarities to gills. While not shown within the game, Milotic's scales are said to change color depending on the angle they are viewed from.

When comparing this Pokémon with its shiny form there is a noticeable number of differences, with a few things remaining unchanged. While the body color and antennae are generally the same the ear fins are now pale-blueish in color and the blue that was on the end of its tail is now a yellow/orange color. The pink colors turns into orange, although some parts of it still look like they could be pink. It's kinda hard to tell. Overall, though, I think I much prefer the normal colors to the shiny colors.
